阿里山金萱高山茶
「金萱」茶樹品種是台灣累積數十年茶樹育種工程的代表作之一。經過不斷改良進步的育種培養，台灣官方於1980年代向世界宣布育種成功，編號排列第12號的茶樹品種「台茶12」，就是此後聞名世界的「金萱」。又因為金萱是在民國20年所培育出的第27顆種子(編號2027)植成，故又有「27仔」的別稱。不同茶樹品種，在風味表現上都不盡相同，金萱茶樹的葉體橢圓肥厚，葉色墨綠有亮澤，製成的茶葉則風味絕佳、香氣獨特，天然的牛奶香氣是辨識金萱茶的主要線索之一。
由於「金萱」茶樹產量較「青心烏龍」來得豐裕，因此「金萱」茶的入手價格通常較烏龍種的烏龍茶來得平易近人許多。七三茶堂選用種植在海拔1200公尺阿里山隙頂地區的「金萱」，茶婦們在茶樹間穿梭，熟練卻細心的手工摘採下翠綠鮮嫩的綠芽，製成輕發酵的「阿里山高山金萱」。茶湯彷若映照著山林般的清綠透亮，湯質則甘潤順口、澀味適中，香氣又十分明顯。不管是品茶初學者的朋友，喜歡香氣清楚明顯且偏好高山茶的溫順喉韻，又希望購入的茶價格能稍稍親切且物超所值；或是已經對茶相當熟悉的茶友，想要品嚐不同風味，滋味清淡舒爽、茶香豐潤獨特的高山茶，「阿里山高山金萱」絕對是個聰明的選擇。

˙適度發酵金萱茶
適度發酵金萱烏龍帶有微弱奶香味，茶湯鮮甜，湯色金黃，久喝不膩。
適度發酵加上高水準製茶工藝，茶湯甘甜，湯色金黃，帶有“奶酥”香氣，為最高級金萱烏龍茶特徵。
順帶一提，如果金萱茶奶香味明顯，有如牛奶糖，當用手搓乾茶葉時香氣可以長時間留在手上，此為“香精”奶香金萱茶。非天然香氣。

金萱茶是品種名稱，綠茶為製造方法，金萱綠茶是指用金萱品種茶樹並以綠茶方法製造茶類。金萱綠茶較少見，常見的是金萱烏龍茶，為以金萱品種茶樹並以烏龍茶（部分發酵）製茶方法製成茶類。
金萱茶咖啡因含量高嗎？
